These terms explain how you may use Cheapest Domains, including our website, public API and assistant integrations. Please read them alongside our Privacy policy and Affiliate disclosure.

Our service

Cheapest Domains is a domain research and price comparison service. We compare selected registrars and help you visit their websites. We are not a registrar, do not reserve or register domains, and do not take payment for domain purchases. Using our comparison service is free.

Our website and tools provide information to help you make your own decision. A listing, link or name suggestion does not establish a commercial relationship with a registrar or an endorsement of every product or practice it offers.

Prices, estimates and availability

Coverage varies by extension and registrar. “Cheapest” means the lowest qualifying price among the compared offers for your selected filters and price measure, not the lowest price anywhere in the market. Sorting and cheapest-price highlights use price data and your choices, not affiliate commissions.

Prices are saved quotes with source dates. They can change and may be incomplete or outdated. Standard registration and renewal prices do not establish the price of a premium domain. Sampled prices, currency conversions, minimum registration terms, tax treatment and other limitations are explained with the relevant offers.

Multi-year totals are estimates using the available registration and renewal amounts and any supported announced changes. They are not a promise of future renewal rates. Taxes, optional services, payment fees, eligibility conditions, promotions and checkout currency can affect what you pay.

Availability checks describe a provider’s answer at the time of the check. An available result does not reserve a name; another person may register it before you do. An unknown result is not a confirmation that a name is available or taken. Check the exact domain, premium status and final price at the registrar before purchasing.

You are responsible for checking that your chosen name and its use respect trademarks, other rights and any registration restrictions. A name suggestion or availability result is not trademark clearance or legal advice.

Buying from a registrar

Your purchase contract is with the registrar or seller you choose. Its terms and privacy policy govern checkout, billing, renewals, cancellation, refunds, transfers and support. Review automatic renewal settings, renewal prices and minimum terms there. We cannot change an order, guarantee a refund or act on your registrar account.

Some destinations require you to paste the domain into their search. Where an action offers to copy a name, clicking it may copy that domain to your clipboard and open the registrar. Visiting a registrar also shares information with that site as described in our Privacy policy.

Affiliate relationships

We plan to work with multiple registrars, directly or through affiliate networks. When an affiliate link is active, a qualifying referral or purchase may earn us a commission. Not every registrar, link or purchase qualifies. Our Affiliate disclosure explains the current status, how links work and how we keep price comparisons independent of commission amounts.

Affiliate-network agreements govern our relationship with those networks. Their publisher fees, payout conditions and software approval rules are not charges or obligations imposed on visitors by these terms.

Responsible use and assistant tools

You may use the website and documented tools for lawful domain research. Respect request limits, source attribution and third-party data licences. Do not bypass access controls or rate limits, interfere with other users, submit malicious requests, or use the service for fraud, spam or infringement.

Our API and assistant integrations provide research and links, not purchase operations. Your assistant or software provider has its own terms and data practices. Installing an integration does not authorize us to purchase a domain or access your registrar account.

Registrar names, logos and third-party material belong to their respective owners. Public access does not transfer ownership or override third-party licence restrictions. Where a result includes a licence or source requirement, preserve it when reusing the result.

Service availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service useful and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, complete market coverage or error-free third-party information. We may update features or restrict access to protect the service from abuse.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we do not guarantee a particular saving, purchase outcome or continued availability of a domain. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or negligence causing death or personal injury, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We will publish revisions on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be brought to your attention where required. Revisions do not change a purchase contract you have already made with a registrar.
